Stellar TV began as a personal sideline business of restoring and servicing electronics, and has now grown into providing much needed service for vintage car radio and electronic repairs.

    Justin Rubsam, owner of Stellar TV & Auto Electric, is a 14-year resident of Carson Valley, Nevada. His business  thrives on the needs of his clientele, most of whom have come to him by word-of-mouth as an outstanding technician of electronics and computers, as well as mechanic of older vehicles.

    Justin has brought his sound personal experience into Stellar to create an all-encompassing, wholesome, and above all practical service center for technology of all sorts.
