 Day 1 - The

Day 1: After a lengthy flight
(*yawn* 14 hours) I finally arrive at the Reno airport to meet up with
Justin! We both had endured the practice of a full body search on entering
airports. With the 1 hour drive from Reno to Gardnerville, we encountered
smoke coming out of the dashboard as driving through Genoa; the first settlement
in Nevada. Upon further investigation the fuel gauge had shorted out and
would need to be replaced. Car problems already!!! After arriving at
Justin's place, we just kind of drove around the area where he lives.
Justin "allowed" me to drive his car, but not being used to driving
old cars it sure was an unusual experience and one that used a bit of arm
strength.
