• Classic car radio restorations & FM Conversions
  
  We perform full aesthetic & electronic, or electronic-only restorations on vintage/antique automobile radios. We can also add a convenient and discreet auxiliary audio input for connecting your iPod or MP3 player which, with the flip of a switch, will play through your radio's amplifier.
  
  Our FM conversions will add modern convenience and reliability to your auto radio, while keeping the authentic 'factory' look; your radio will work with all the original controls on the front, and include digital FM and AM reception, as well as auxiliary audio inputs for external CD and MP3 players.
   
  Basic FM conversions run $375. Price will increase depending on if your radio has automatic signal seeking (wonderbar) or needs to remain 6v.

• 12 volt conversions for 6 volt radios
  
  If you're updating your classic car to 12 volts but want to keep it working as the factory intended, call us. We rebuild the power supply in your set to actually operate on 12 volts, so you won't have to power the radio through a big resistor and risk likely damage to the supply and tubes.
  
  Please do note that we will not do 'spot repairs' on antique car radios, or any electronics, due to reliability reasons. If your set has already been restored then we can perform the conversion on the power supply alone. If your radio is unrestored electronically, then a full electronic restoration will be necessary, along with a conversion. 6v to 12v conversions run $150 on sets which have been previously restored.
